“ It was a new spot for us to try and I’d have to say, they have one of the best Thai food I’ve had. We got the drunken noodles and it was great because the noodles were big. Haha I love carbs! And the flavor was good too. The pad Thai was absolute perfection! I’ve tried others out there and some had the non-legit pink sauce, which I don’t like. The drunken fried rice was ok. It was weird though that they used fried chicken pieces in it, but anywho. My favorite were the spring rolls. A simple dish, but tasted homemade. Definitely a place to check out if you’re having a Thai craving and/or want good food!! ”
“ We have been coming to the Blue mint for at least 3 years. We have never been there and not had a wonderful experience. Not only is the food always amazing and on point, but we love the staff. Pedro is always friendly, very attentive and goes above and beyond. Huy is also, just like Pedro, always super nice, loves to smile and always makes it a point to stop by our table to say hello. We love the food and we love the servers. They’ve become like family to us. ”
“ This restaurant is always clean everyone we cone in here. The staff is always so polite, and the servers stay on top of making sure you are taking care of. I typically get the chicken fried rice. They all you what level of spiciness would you like. I really like that bc I love spicy, but I'm only able to eat a little bit of spice. It's very flavorful. Their chai tea is really good too. ”

The only thing holding me back from giving a full five stars is the inconsistency in seasoning. I’ve visited multiple times, and while the dishes are usually spot-on, there have been a few occasions where the spice level or balance of flavors felt a bit off. Nothing major, but noticeable enough to mention. That said, it’s still one of my go-to spots for Thai food, and I highly recommend it for anyone craving a satisfying and delicious meal. ”

“ We absolutely enjoy ourselves EVERY time! On this particular visit we were served by Ethan. He was attentive to our needs and very personable. The food was on point! We started off with the Blue Mint Sampler, the Blue Mint Dumplings were my favorite. The Chicken Pad Thai and Curry Noodle (Kow Soi) was absolutely delicious, no surprise there! One of my favorite parts of dining Thai is the Thai Tea, I can’t get enough.... AND these guys completely blew me away because I just found out they have a refillable to go Thai Tea bottle!!! ”
